How We Work

Step 1: Request Estimate	Request a free estimate via our online form. You will receive an email with an estimated repair price and shipping instructions. Or, feel free to call us at +91-9918822595 to get an estimate over the phone.
Step 2: Bring-in or Ship your Laptop	We have a few options when shipping your laptop to Hiproindia.com. Click here for more details. Securely package your computer in a box with bubble wrap and ship it off to us. Please include your RMA number provided with your estimate that was emailed to you. Alternatively, we can send you a pre-paid FedEx Return Label for $19.95 and you can drop it off at any FedEx authorized shipper at no additional charge. Request a pre-labeled box to be sent to you. Call us at +91-9918822595 to request a label. We will call you and let you know it got here! Walk-ins are always welcome. Please see our store hours on the right.
Step 3: Get it Fixed	Upon receipt of your notebook a Hiproindia.com technician will perform the required repair and thoroughly test the system. We will then call you and take a credit card payment over the phone, and then ship your laptop back to you.
All of our work comes backed with a 90-day parts and labor warranty.
Green Disposal If you choose not to have us repair your computer we can dispose of it responsibly. We are partnered with environmental companies that will make sure your system is not sent to a landfill.
